Your Little Artist Basics Return Policy

We want you and your little artist to love everything from Your Little Artist Basics! If something’s not quite right, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, reach out to us at info@YLABasics.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. Send all returns to 7040 Hawaii Kai Drive, #26266, Honolulu, HI 96825.

Damages & Issues
We know every item should arrive ready for creativity! If something arrives damaged, defective, or if it’s not what you ordered, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and personal care items. Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable. Have questions about a specific item? Contact us anytime.

Exchanges
Want to swap your item? Return it, and once accepted, you can place a new order for what you need. We’re here to help if you have questions along the way!

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t see it after 15 business days, contact us at info@YLABasics.com so we can assist.
