I Just Placed an Order—When Will It Ship?
Thank you for your order! Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships out.
How Long is the Shipping Time?
U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS or FedEx
- Domestic Warehouse: 2–5 business days
- International Warehouse: 5–20 business days
International Orders: 15–45 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.
Please note: Natural events, holidays, and weather can sometimes cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, as shipping is the carrier’s responsibility.
Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
Yes! We provide tracking for every order, so you can follow your item’s journey. If you need help with tracking once you receive your tracking number, feel free to reach out.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the limited nature of our items, we offer exchanges only within 7 days of delivery for damaged or faulty goods. If you’re unhappy or received a faulty item, contact us at info@YLABasics.com and we’ll assist you. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. Simply email info@YLABasics.com with “CANCEL” in the subject line. If your order has already shipped, please email us to discuss your options.
I Entered the Wrong Address!
Mistakes happen! Reply to your order confirmation email or contact info@YLABasics.com with the correct address within 24 hours so we can update it.
My Item Arrived Damaged
We take extra care in packaging, but sometimes items are damaged in transit. If this happens, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
We’ll send a replacement free of charge!
